Carolyn Durocher did an excellent job! She was well versed in the current market and knew what to do to make a unit appealing. Carolyn was always available to promptly answer questions. I have had a few condo properties in Chicago, and Carolyn by far was the best realtor I’ve worked with. I will use her again.

Carolyn Durocher was outstanding in her work and her care for us as clients. We had an unusual situation in that we are from Ohio, so that meant giving us real time on the weekends. She was always ready to answer any and all questions and help us with not only moving houses but moving from another state. She's the best !!

I worked with Carolyn Durocher and I must say I'm so blessed to have found her. I knew Carolyn through a common hobby but unaware that she is a realtor. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to put to my townhome in Chicago for sale and we had only about 3 months to sell. I'm in VA and I was worried because I didn't know where to start.
